Purpose:
This procedure ensures the conservation and protection of flora and fauna within LCPL’s site, including the Raw Water Pumping Station and the adjacent 50-acre plot.

- A survey of the site’s ecosystem will be conducted by an expert agency every five years to document plant and animal species.
