  1. Purpose:
    • Ensures periodic security reviews to assess current and future security threats and risks.
  2. Scope:
    • Applies to LCPL Site, including the City Office, Raw Water Pumping Station, and the 50-Acre Plot.
  3. Key Responsibilities:
    • Location Security Manager:
      • Conducts security reviews every six months or after major site modifications.
      • Reviews external emergency services (Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance).
      • Conducts a biennial security review to assess security arrangements, possibly involving external experts.
    • HR & IT Manager:
      • Performs an annual IT security risk assessment as part of the HSE&S improvement process.
    • Line Managers:
      • Conduct annual risk assessments for their respective areas.
  4. Training & Communication:
    • Ensures contractor and permanent staff receive adequate security training.
  5. Documentation:
    • Security audits are conducted every two years by the General Affairs & Security Manager.
  6. Latest Revision:
    • This is Revision No. 06 with updated review frequency as per the 2017 management audit findings.
